I have been training with Dom for more than 2 years. He is very attentive and fun to work with. My overall fitness has improved tremendously ever since, especially in some areas I used to be very weak, such as balance and core strength. Great professional training! Adin (personal trainer) listens to you and assesses your needs and tailors the work-out to fit your specific situation. He is very easy to work with and is always positive. I also saw Dom, a chiropractor, for a period of time when I had shoulder pain. Dom was very attentive and brought a lot of relief with deep soft tissue massage.

Adin and Dom are amazing. They have helped me with physical training by focusing on problem areas. Over a period of time they have resolved every problem I pointed out to them. Adin focuses on the physical training aspects and Dom provides relief with deep tissue massage. This combination speeds up the training and recovery. Both of them exchange information and can therefore zero in on the problems and their combined effort provides faster relief.

I work with Adin once a week. I’d probably do it more often if I could afford it. Adin seems to understand physiology much better than the garden variety of trainers at places like 24 hour fitness. I’m not very flexible, so Adin’s worked to help me make sure I do enough of the right kinds of stretches so that I don’t get injuries from muscles and tendons shortening as a response to being stressed. Adin sets up highly effective workouts, with variations of both intensity and the type of exercise to prevent pattern overload, that promote strength development and muscle growth without leading to overuse injuries. When I’ve had muscle overuse issues (shoulder and forearms) Dominique’s been good at using deep tissue massage and stretching to speed recovery in those areas so I can resume training the affected area. In the meantime, Adin revises my workouts so that I can strengthen other areas, and recover in the affected area.
